Antam's 24 Karat Gold Price Today, August 2, 2022, While It's Rising!

The price of 24 carat gold bullion PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. or Antam today, Tuesday (2/8/2022) increased from yesterday's price. Based on information from Antam's Precious Metals Processing and Refining Business Unit, the base price of 24 karat gold 1 gram was sold for Rp.984,000, an increase of Rp.4,000 compared to the previous trade, Monday (1/8/2022). Meanwhile, the smallest gold unit with a size of 0.5 grams was sold for Rp. 542,000, up by Rp. 2,000 compared to yesterday's trade.

Furthermore, the price of 24 karat gold measuring 5 grams today is priced at Rp. 4,695,000, while gold bars with units of 10 grams are sold at Rp. 9,335,000.

The price of gold for a unit of 50 grams is Rp. 46,345,000. As for the print size of 100 grams, it can be redeemed at a price of Rp. 92,612,000. The 500 gram size is priced at IDR 462,320,000 and the largest print of 1,000 grams is priced at IDR 924,600,000.

Meanwhile, Antam's gold resale (buyback) price was at Rp847,000 per gram, up Rp5,000 from the previous trade. This resale price does not take into account taxes if the nominal value is more than Rp. 10 million. In accordance with PMK No 34/PMK.10/2017, the resale of gold bullion to PT ANTAM Tbk. with a nominal value of more than Rp. 10 million, subject to PPh 22 of 1.5 percent (for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non NPWP). PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value. Meanwhile, the purchase of gold bullion will be subject to PPh 22 of 0.45 percent (for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP). Every purchase of gold bullion is accompanied by proof of withholding PPh 22.
